Surgery as regeneration, not resection.
When non-surgical therapy needs support, modern periodontal surgery should preserve and regenerate rather than resect. This course teaches a preservation-first surgical approach — from incision design to soft-tissue grafting and guided regeneration — illustrated step by step through real clinical cases.
